About Me
The person behind Learning Intelligence Lab.

Hi, I'm Damla Sürek 👋
I'm an Instructional Designer and Learning Technologist with a passion for combining Learning Science, Data Science and Human-Centered Design.
I enjoy transforming complex learning challenges into practical, interactive tools that help Learning & Development professionals make better decisions.
Learning Intelligence Lab is my personal playground where I experiment with ideas, test concepts and explore how data can improve workplace learning.

My Philosophy
I believe learning decisions should be informed by evidence rather than assumptions.
Technology should not replace instructional thinking—it should amplify it.
My goal is to bridge Learning & Development, Learning Science and Data Science through practical tools that make learning more measurable, meaningful and human.
Learning Intelligence Lab
Learning Intelligence Lab was created as an experimental space where I can transform ideas into working prototypes.
Every tool starts with a simple question:
"What problem are we trying to solve?"
Rather than building AI for the sake of AI, I enjoy creating tools that support better learning decisions.
